Charged with heading the Meridian Group Research process, Kristen utilizes her Psychology degree and post-graduate work to conduct a comprehensive analysis of both the candidate and organization on a multitude of levels to provide both parties with the best fit possible.

Kristen leverages her psychology background to access both verbal and non-verbal communication in order to gage candidate relevance. She understands the importance of building solid relationships with clients and candidates in order to generate a partnership that will result in long term growth within the organization.

Outside of research, Kristen possess a strong passion for working with children and adults with disabilities. A former Rhode Islander, Kristen worked diligently to develop and implement a higher standard for Adult Special Needs Transition Services; enabling young adults to smoothly transition from high school into the workforce in the state of Rhode Island. Currently, Kristen has become involved in the Adaptive Needs programming in Roswell, Georgia and is working to improve and develop new integrated programming for the special needs community.

In 2018, Kristen Co-Founded, The Office Protocol, a professional blog focused on business protocol and impression management. Kristen speaks with small groups regarding the importance of presentation in career development.
