Dutch Earle is the Founder and Managing Director of Executive Strategies, Inc. Established in 1994, ESI provides search, coaching, and other talent development services to help organizations find and grow top talent.
Prior to starting ESI, Dutch held executive roles within large and Fortune 500 organizations. He started his career with NCR Corporation in human resources and then joined RCA Corporation, where he progressed through a series of management positions in organizational development, labor relations, compensation, and talent acquisition. Next, for Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, he led corporate staffing and organizational development and established a temporary services business. Preceding ESI, he was the Vice President, Human Resources for ADP National Accounts where he developed and led human resources strategy for the organization.
Dutch’s broad business expertise and client-centric consultative approach has positioned him as a value-added resource for his clients. He leverages his foundation in business and human capital management skills across a multiple service offering – search, coaching, and talent development.
Dutch’s search expertise spans a variety of disciplines at the director to “C” level, while his customized coaching programs focus on executive development, helping executives feel “at ease” with their current role, and preparing executives for their “next chapter” of life. Dutch is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF), trained through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessments and DiSC. Additionally, he is a partner with Career Synergies, an executive career management firm that serves individual executives as well as corporations.
Dutch earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Masters in Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University. Dutch leverages his time and talents within the community and is especially active with nature-oriented organizations. He is a member of the Roswell Rotary Club, on the Board of the Chattahoochee Nature Center, and is active with the State Council of Trout Unlimited serving as the representative to EarthShare and as Vice President. Dutch is frequently invited to speak to executive and civic gatherings related to business strategy, executive career management, life management principles, and entrepreneurship.
