Shana Marr is a 15-year accounting and finance recruiting veteran. She began her professional career as a CPA in a boutique recruiting firm in Alabama. After moving to Atlanta, Shana accepted a role with a large international recruiting firm in which she could flex her technical muscle as a CPA and her natural people skills.

During her time in agency recruiting, Shana held several different roles from contract recruiting to long term and project work for large corporations. Shana spent the next six years in staffing and was tapped by Turner Broadcasting and eventually Cox Enterprises to move into corporate/internal recruiting. Both organizations are renowned for their high functioning corporate recruiting departments.

After 8 years in the corporate recruiting world, Shana has returned to her recruiting roots in accounting and finance contract recruitment. Shana brings the perfect blend of all sides of recruiting from Fortune 500 talent management to running an international contract service recruiting desk to the team. She’s able to leverage her knowledge of accounting to understand clients’ needs better as well as have deeper conversations with candidates to get to the meat of their experience.

In her free time, Shana leads a group of middle school girls at North Point Community Church. She also enjoys working out, reading and spending time with her husband, 2 sons, and 2 dogs.
