Theodora Keyserling

In 2010 Theo Keyserling formed Meridian Group Partners. Her unique knowledge of international and domestic executive finance and accounting searches, coupled with her management expertise, led her to establish Meridian Group. Theo is tasked with all of Meridian Group’s operational and financial searches.

Prior to joining Meridian Group, Theo worked for an US based international search firm placing executive level senior financial talent into medium to large, global organizations. She worked in both the German and Atlanta offices and lived in Germany while servicing her US based clients in Europe. Theo is well versed in both European and North American search processes, and has the capability to navigate in both markets simultaneously. Prior to this role, Theo was the President of a national boutique recruitment firm that specialized in project based and onsite recruitment for US companies undergoing major transitions. Throughout the three years of her leadership, the company flourished from one office in Atlanta to four offices nationwide.

Theo has a vast global network of operational, accounting and finance talent that she has worked with over the last decade.

Theo is intimately involved with community service on a local and international basis, which she bridges to her professional life at Meridian Group. Her service work centers around poverty alleviation and health & wellness. Her work combined with her professional acumen has gained accolades including the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40 Award (2014), Rotarian of the Year (2014), The Georgia Recreation and Parks Volunteer of the Year (2016) and the Chamber of Commerce’s Woman in Business Award (2016). Since 2013, Theo has served as a Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in Roswell, GA. She serves on several boards including the Board of Lunches for Learning, tasked with international government relations, and the Board of First Landmark Bank.

In 2018, Theo Co-Founded The Office Protocol which is a professional blog focused on business protocol. Theo speaks on a national basis to both large and small groups regarding appropriate impression management and business protocol.
