Dutch is the Founder and Managing Director of Executive Strategies, Inc. (ESI), a leadership advisory and executive search firm he established in 1994 to help organizations identify, develop, and retain exceptional talent through executive search, coaching, and leadership development services.
Prior to founding ESI, Dutch built an accomplished career leading human capital initiatives within large public and Fortune 500 organizations. He began his career with NCR Corporation before joining RCA Corporation, where he held progressive leadership roles spanning organizational development, labor relations, compensation, and talent acquisition. He later joined Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he led corporate staffing and organizational development while also launching a temporary services business. Before establishing ESI, Dutch served as Vice President of Human Resources for ADP National Accounts, where he developed and executed human resources strategies supporting a rapidly growing national organization.
Dutch's search experience spans multiple industries and functional disciplines, placing leaders from the Director level through the C-suite. His executive coaching practice focuses on leadership effectiveness, executive transitions, and helping leaders confidently navigate both their current roles and future chapters of their careers.
Beyond his professional work, Dutch is deeply committed to civic and environmental stewardship. He actively serves numerous community organizations and frequently speaks to executive, nonprofit, and civic groups on topics including leadership, executive career management, entrepreneurship, and life management principles. He also partners with Career Synergies, an executive career management firm supporting both individual executives and corporate clients.
