Recently promoted into this leadership role, Kristen is responsible for managing candidate identification, market research strategy, and the overall recruiting process for clients ranging from growth-stage companies to private equity-backed organizations undergoing significant transformation.
Since joining Meridian Group Partners, Kristen has played an instrumental role in developing and leading the firm's research methodology, leveraging her academic background in Psychology and post-graduate studies to conduct comprehensive analyses of both candidates and organizations. Her approach extends beyond resumes and technical qualifications, focusing on leadership style, communication patterns, motivations, and cultural alignment to ensure successful long-term placements.
Kristen possesses a unique ability to evaluate both verbal and non-verbal communication, allowing her to assess candidate fit at a deeper level and build meaningful relationships with executives throughout the search process. In her expanded role as Director of Recruiting, Kristen partners closely with Meridian Group leadership to execute searches across the Office of the CFO and Human Resources functions, helping organizations secure leaders capable of driving growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
Her combination of behavioral insight, relationship-building expertise, and strategic recruiting experience makes her an invaluable partner to both clients and candidates navigating critical leadership decisions.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kristen is deeply committed to serving individuals with disabilities and creating opportunities for inclusion within her community. Originally from Rhode Island, she was instrumental in developing and implementing enhanced Adult Special Needs Transition Services designed to help young adults successfully transition from high school into the workforce. Since relocating to Georgia, Kristen has continued this passion through her involvement with adaptive needs programming in Roswell, working to expand integrated opportunities and support systems for individuals with special needs.
