A Career in Executive Search

Prior to founding Meridian Group Partners, Theo worked for a U.S.-based international executive search firm, where she led senior finance and accounting searches across North America and Europe. Based in both Atlanta and Germany during her tenure, she developed a deep understanding of international talent markets and cross-border search strategies that continue to benefit her clients today.
